Chief AI, developed by Chief Software Inc., is a software platform designed to help leaders and their teams manage the demands of principal operations. The company describes it as a command center for improving how leaders use their time, maintain relationships, and advance priorities. Built for high-stakes, fast-paced environments, the platform aims to replace fragmented processes involving paper, inboxes, and spreadsheets with a more coordinated system.

Its tools support scheduling, from handling requests through preparing briefings; organizing critical context about people and organizations; and pursuing goals with AI-powered insights. Chief AI also offers workflow automations tailored to a leader’s needs, helping teams surface institutional knowledge instead of searching through scattered records. Security is a central part of the product, with controls for managing information flow and tiered access.

Chief Software says its perspective draws on experience in the White House, Congress, and executive suites. The platform is intended to reduce manual work and help principal teams operate more efficiently and strategically, freeing leaders to focus on consequential work.
