Hardline is an AI-powered field documentation platform built for construction teams. It captures information from phone calls, site walks, photos, videos, and online meetings, then turns conversations into organized project records. These can include daily logs, requests for information (RFIs), punch items, tasks, change orders, and meeting minutes, helping teams keep decisions and commitments from disappearing into verbal conversations.

Designed for superintendents, project managers, owners, operators, subcontractors, and office teams, Hardline aims to reduce end-of-day paperwork and the need to chase updates. Users can continue working as usual while the platform structures relevant details, drafts reports, and shares updates with the team. Hardline supports calls and site conversations, as well as meetings on Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams; its Mac app captures office meetings in the same project record.
