Loosid is a digital platform and community for people pursuing or living a sober lifestyle. Its mission is to make recovery feel less isolating by helping people connect, share experiences, and find encouragement from others who understand. The Loosid community includes online sobriety support groups and events, alongside a social network and a dating app designed to help members meet like-minded people.

The brand also operates the Loosid Sober Shop, offering apparel, accessories, gifts, and home goods that celebrate recovery and sober living. Products include T-shirts, hoodies, hats, jewelry, sobriety coins, posters, journals, candles, mugs, blankets, and other household items. Many designs can be personalized with sobriety dates or years, and the shop describes its products as created in recovery for the recovery community.

Loosid presents its merchandise as a way to spark conversations, recognize personal milestones, and strengthen connection. Purchases also support its stated recovery-focused giving, including SAM scholarships and sobriety mentorship
