Getlug-Save up while traveling & shipping

Getlug is an online platform that connects travelers with people who want to send or obtain items from abroad. Rather than operating as a shipping company, it helps users arrange deliveries through fellow travelers, while giving passengers a way to share their available baggage allowance and offset travel costs. The service aims to make deliveries faster and more economical than conventional methods, particularly when items are needed urgently.

Members create profiles, browse or publish travel routes, and specify details such as available luggage capacity and a price per kilogram. Senders can review flight listings and traveler profiles, submit reservation requests, and discuss item, pickup, delivery, timing, and payment arrangements through the platform’s messaging system. Getlug reviews listings against its rules, and members can rate one another after completing an arrangement, helping the community assess trustworthiness. The platform emphasizes respectful communication, clear agreements, and profile completion as part of its trust-based approach.
