Get Psyched

Get Psyched is a Greater San Diego educational and psychological support provider serving children, families, schools, and school psychologists. Founded by Licensed Educational Psychologist Misty Bonta, the organization brings together clinical expertise and practical experience in school settings to help adults make informed decisions that support children’s learning, well-being, and growth. Its approach draws on neuropsychology, trauma-informed care, and neurodiversity-affirming practices.

For families, Get Psyched offers evaluations and therapy addressing needs such as ADHD, autism, anxiety, dyslexia, and learning challenges, along with guidance on next steps. For school districts, services include assessments and in-school counseling designed to support students and school teams without adding permanent staffing costs. Get Psyched also provides live and on-demand professional workshops for school psychologists, with practical tools and continuing education credits; its training is approved by NASP and BBS.

The team includes licensed educational psychologists and a licensed clinical social worker. Through collaborative, individualized support, Get Psyched helps families and educators understand student needs and identify appropriate services, goals, and supports.
