About getrff.com
RFF is a Windows remote monitoring and management (RMM) platform built by solo founder Brian Vitko, a longtime Windows sysadmin. It helps IT teams deploy software and scripts, patch devices, monitor fleet health, respond to alerts, and remotely manage endpoints from a browser-based console. RFF offers agent-based management over outbound port 443, plus agentless access for selected tasks, without requiring inbound network openings or a VPN.
Its features include parallel deployments, edge-cached packages, dynamic device groups, scheduled and staged patching, role-based access, recurring health checks, self-healing workflows, and remote tools for managing processes, services, files, and the registry. Administrators can also manage drive mappings, compare devices with security baselines, track compliance, and cautiously roll out Secure Boot certificates in guarded rings. RFF supports PowerShell, MSI, EXE, and other packages, with jobs run as SYSTEM, the current user, or specified credentials.
The service is free for up to 100 endpoints and offers a live demo
