Spindle is an AI-powered operations platform that helps car rental businesses and dealerships improve efficiency, accountability, and service quality. Its configurable Smart Checklists capture photos, videos, signatures, and workflow data, then use AI validation to confirm that required steps are completed before a job closes. The platform also offers real-time asset tracking, digital workflows, quality control, scheduling optimization, demand forecasting, workforce productivity analytics, automated customer notifications, and operational alerts.

For car rental teams, Spindle tracks vehicle turnaround, cleaning times, employee throughput, recleans, failed inspections, and stalled vehicles. Timestamped activity logs and vendor performance reporting help managers verify output, monitor service-level agreements, and identify waste. Its AI tools analyze operational patterns, answer questions in plain English, flag emerging bottlenecks, and recommend actions such as staffing adjustments. The system can also alert teams to weather events and airport disruptions that may affect demand.

Spindle aims to give operators clear, timely insight into how work is performed and where processes can improve.
