Available on the web, iOS and Android, it brings therapy sessions, goals and progress scores into one shared record, so a child’s care team can see what has been worked on and what to try next. Families can log sessions and track goals across speech therapy, applied behaviour analysis (ABA), occupational therapy, physiotherapy and school support at no cost.

For therapists, Thriv3 turns session notes and goal scores into reports, while tracking hours delivered against planned hours. Clinics and schools can manage caseloads, assign therapists to goals, review schedules and record changes. Providers can also invoice families online using Paystack in Nigeria or Stripe elsewhere.

The platform also offers directories for therapists and clinics, special needs schools and paediatric hospitals, with parent ratings and searches by city and need. Its community features include a moderated parent forum and an events calendar for conferences, training and support groups.
