Gezonde opVoeding is the coaching and wellbeing practice of Naomi Baas, based in Hattem, the Netherlands. Its mission is to help children feel happier and healthier by supporting a balanced approach to nutrition, lifestyle, mindset and parenting. The practice offers child coaching, nutritional guidance, NLP coaching, workshops and longer-term programmes for children, parents and adults. Support is available for concerns such as stress, low confidence, emotional regulation, concentration, sleep and eating habits, with the aim of building confidence, calm and healthy routines.

Naomi’s approach combines practical coaching with attention to emotional and physical wellbeing. Methods may include play-based activities, emotion and talent cards, creative exercises, mindfulness, breathing and relaxation practices, and guidance on food, movement and sleep. The practice also shares parenting information focused on emotional safety, connection and predictable boundaries.
