Gdańska Fundacja Kształcenia Menedżerów (GFKM) is a Polish management education and business development organisation based in Gdańsk. With more than 30 years of experience and over 50,000 participants in its programmes, GFKM provides learning and advisory services for managers, professionals and companies. Its flagship offering is the Executive MBA, alongside open and specialist courses covering areas such as leadership, finance, marketing and sales, law and project management. Training is available in person and online, while tailored corporate programmes support employee development and business objectives.
GFKM also offers business consulting, leadership development based on the Leadership Pipeline, business simulations and outplacement programmes.
