Goldfinger Track Club (GFTC) is a New York City running community founded by Jerry Francois in 2016. Created to celebrate athletic achievement and give back to the community, the club has grown from a team aiming to be among New York’s fastest into a welcoming, supportive group of runners. Its activities combine training, competition, collaboration, and community connection, with members practicing three times a week and community runs held on Thursday nights.
GFTC offers annual memberships that provide access to training sessions, workouts, races, collaborations, and select New York Road Runners race bibs. Members also receive a club singlet and discounts at participating brands and local businesses. A solidarity membership includes the same club access and benefits while helping support members who need financial assistance with dues. For runners seeking individual guidance, GFTC offers private coaching with Coach J, including a monthly in-person session, with marathon and half-marathon plans available at additional cost.
