GG is a transportation and courier service company that offers a range of services, including messenger services, storage services, subcontracting of messengers, and transportation management services. When referring to GG, it includes the company itself, the organization, and the GG-GO SAS. As a customer of GG, you are referred to as Usted, which encompasses senders, clients, suppliers, and owners of the shipped items.

The recipient is the person who receives the package through GG's courier service. GG provides transportation of packages, products, or goods from a specific loading location to a specific delivery location. The company adheres to the laws and regulations concerning the transportation of goods and follows the terms and conditions established by GG-GO SAS.

The services are provided by GG-GO SAS and its subcontractors, who may be responsible for part or all of the transportation process. It is important to note that GG-GO SAS is not responsible for any instructions that conflict with the terms and conditions specified in the agreement. GG-GO SAS aims to provide courier services in Bogotá, Soacha, Cajicá, Chía, Zipaquirá, Tocancipá, Sopo, Funza, Madrid, Mosquera, and other expanding areas.

They transport goods by road using their own or contracted vehicles. The delivery is made to the address designated by the sender, unless the recipient is absent or the delivery is not possible at the premises. In such cases, the delivery will be made at the street entrance.

GG-GO SAS will make reasonable efforts to complete the delivery and address any issues with the address provided by the sender. To request their services, GG-GO SAS provides a platform where customers can create shipping labels for their packages. An assigned user account linked to the customer's email is required to access the platform.

The user account and password are personal and non-transferable, and the customer is responsible for timely payment of invoices generated by GG-GO SAS. The shipping labels should include accurate information, including details of the location, such as towers, interiors, apartments, and house numbers. It is important to select the correct option for the type of service required on the shipping label.

GG-GO SAS assigns messengers to pick up packages at the designated address, eliminating the need for customers to visit a post office. Customers can track the status of their service requests through the platform, which will show when a messenger has been assigned to the job. It is essential to provide accurate information and ensure that the items being transported do not include weapons, cash, illegal drugs, animals or animal skins, prepared food, valuable jewelry, toxic/inflammable items, or credit or debit cards with a commercial value exceeding 600,000 Colombian pesos.
