About Green Hydrogen Organisation
The Green Hydrogen Organisation (GH2) is a Swiss non-profit foundation dedicated to tackling the climate catastrophe by rapidly scaling clean technologies to decarbonize various industries. With offices in Geneva, Beijing, Buenos Aires, Chennai, London, Nairobi, Oslo, Perth, and Sydney, GH2 aims to establish a global standard and certification for trading green hydrogen. Currently, there is a lack of coordination and international effort in supporting the green hydrogen industry, and it is a low priority for development finance institutions.
However, green hydrogen has immense potential in stimulating development while reducing carbon emissions. GH2 focuses on three priority areas: The Global Green Hydrogen Charter, The Global Green Hydrogen Development Plan, and The Green Hydrogen CEO Roundtable. By coordinating a dramatic acceleration of the green hydrogen sector, GH2 aims to inspire responsible businesses to support this effort.
