About Granada Hills North Neighborhood Council
Granada Hills North Neighborhood Council (GHNNC) is a community-based organization that was certified on September 10, 2002. The founding Board was seated on March 31, 2003. GHNNC serves the Granada Hills North area, with boundaries extending from the LA City/County Line to the North, Aliso Canyon to the West (West of Zelzah), the 405 and Interstate 5 Freeways to the East, and the 118 Freeway to the South.
The GHNNC offers a range of products and services to benefit the community. They have various committees dedicated to issues such as Executive Citywide Issues, Emergency Preparedness, Ethics, Finance, Outreach and Publicity, Parks and Beautification, Planning and Land Use Management (PLUM), Policy and Rules, and Public Safety.
