Giando is a contemporary Italian restaurant in Wan Chai, Hong Kong, led by founder and Group Executive Chef Gianni Caprioli. Established in 2012, the restaurant celebrates Italian hospitality and regional cuisine, drawing on the chef’s experience and long-standing relationships with family farms and artisan producers across Italy. Guests can currently dine at its Star Street location while Giando prepares for a new chapter at Pacific Place.
The menu features house-made pasta, Mediterranean seafood and dishes inspired by Italy’s diverse regions. Highlights include an antipasti platter with Puglian burrata and veal loin with tuna sauce, duck and game ragù gnocchi, and Patagonian toothfish served with clam broth.
