Gia's Italian Kitchen

Gia’s Italian Kitchen is a cooking experience brand based in Cedar Rapids, founded by Kelley Cole to bring people together through Italian food. Its classes are designed to create shared memories among family, friends, and coworkers while helping participants build culinary skills. Guests can join in-person cooking classes or take part in virtual sessions from home, with options for private groups, dinner parties, and team-building events. Virtual experiences can connect people in different locations, making it possible to cook and enjoy a meal together across distances.

Instruction is personalized and live: participants prepare ingredients and cook alongside Kelley rather than relying on food prepared in advance. Ingredient lists and cooking guides are sent ahead of class, and online questions can be answered in real time. The kitchen features family recipes from Northern Italy, including dishes with Tuscan roots that have been passed down through generations. Gia’s Italian Kitchen also shares recipes, cooking tips, videos, and other media, and provides menu options for private and group experiences.
