Josena is a personal gifting service that helps customers send customised gifts to loved ones across Kerala, with doorstep delivery arranged around the occasion and recipient. Its approach centres on thoughtful, made-to-order gifting: customers share their preferences, and Josena freshly purchases and personally arranges items rather than offering fixed packages. The selection includes gift hampers, cakes, chocolates, flowers, clothing, perfumes, toys and teddies, watches, gadgets, fresh fruit, nuts and dry fruits, and personal-care items.

Josena caters to birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, marriage-fixation occasions, Onam, and other personal celebrations; it also arranges sympathy flowers, wreaths, and funeral flower delivery. Customers can discuss gift ideas and delivery details directly, with product images shared before delivery. The service offers same-day requests where availability, location, distance, and recipient privacy allow, and can plan early-morning, daytime, or evening surprises.

Delivery coverage includes areas such as Kottayam, Pathanamthitta, Alappuzha, Ernakulam, Thrissur, and Idukki. Josena provides one-on-one assistance from planning through delivery, helping customers personalise contents, colours, presentation, and messages
