Gig Harbor BoatShop is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization located at the historic Eddon Boatyard in Gig Harbor, Washington. With a strong connection to the local community and working waterfront traditions, our mission is to preserve and interpret the Eddon Boatyard and the heritage of the local working waterfront. We offer a range of programs and services that focus on boat restoration and repair, boatbuilding, and boat use.

Whether you're interested in becoming a member, volunteering in our shops, or participating in our BoatShop skills programs, there are many ways to get involved and support our mission. For those looking to get their hands dirty, we offer hands-on activities for both youth and adults, such as the Family Boat Building Program where families or groups can build a skiff in just one weekend. Additionally, our Boat Livery Service allows community members and guests to experience the water on classic small boats restored by our Community Boat Restoration Program.
