About GIH
GIH is a nationwide representation of independent energy consultants, working to advocate for the interests of its approximately 3,500 members. GIH offers a range of services and products to support energy advisors in their work. They provide energy consultancy services for residential buildings, commercial and industrial buildings, as well as municipalities and listed buildings.
GIH also assists in accessing federal funding programs for energy-efficient buildings, and provides useful links and resources for energy consultants. Additionally, they offer a network for affiliated members and cooperations with various organizations in the field of energy efficiency and building innovation. GIH publishes a members' magazine called Energie KOMPAKT and organizes events and seminars to further promote knowledge exchange within the industry.
