Open every Saturday, GFM offers a wide range of products and services to its customers. With over 100 vendors year-round, the market prides itself on showcasing local, chemical-free, organic produce from numerous farmers in the area.

In addition to farm-fresh eggs, meat, and cheese, GFM also offers a delightful assortment of bread, sweets, coffee, tea, sauces, and seasonings. Supporting local artisans, the market features an array of locally made artisan products. GFM operates on Winter Hours from October to April, opening at 8 AM and closing at 12 PM.

During the summer months of May to September, the market opens earlier from 7 AM to 11 AM. Since its inception in October 2010, GFM has grown from fewer than 30 vendors to become one of Gilbert's most prominent community events. The market's mission is rooted in promoting local sustainability, healthy eating, and green living practices.
