Gilching Läuft

Gilching Läuft is a community running event based in Gilching, bringing participants together for a day of sport on October 3, 2026. The event offers multiple running routes, with course details and results available through its website and the Spoferan results platform. Its 3.7-kilometre race is positioned as a step from school-age running toward the overall competition, and in 2026 it includes a separate youth classification. To help runners prepare, the organisers provide four warm-up sessions, encouraging participants to get ready together before taking part.

The event is supported by an organising team and sponsors, and its website shares practical information such as the location, routes, news, results and event photographs. For the 2026 edition, the start area moved to the stadium, prompting small adjustments to the courses. Gilching Läuft combines organised racing with a welcoming, participatory atmosphere, and its organisers thank runners and supporters for making the event a success.
