About Girl Code Africa
Girl Code Africa is a Non-Governmental Organization dedicated to providing technological education to girls in Ghana and West Africa. With only 26% of computing jobs currently held by women, Girl Code Africa aims to increase the number of women graduate holders in Computer Science and the Tech sector, as well as address the diversity of women in the workforce. As part of their mission, they strive to bridge the gap in the tech industry by offering internships and mentorship programs, while also focusing on maintaining retention and increasing equality in the tech space.
