Girlguiding Essex South East is a county organization within Girlguiding Anglia and the wider Girlguiding charity, which supports girls and young women across the UK. Its area covers the south-east corner of Essex, from Billericay to Shoeburyness and from Canvey to South Woodham Ferrers, and is organized into six divisions.

The organization provides a safe, welcoming environment where girls and young women can challenge themselves, build confidence, learn new skills, make friends and have fun. Its activities are open to young members aged 4 to 18 and offer opportunities to take part in a diverse range of experiences. A team of more than 700 volunteers, aged 14 and upwards, helps deliver this community-focused program.

Girlguiding Essex South East also welcomes new members and volunteers. Prospective young members and adults interested in volunteering can register through the national Girlguiding website, after which someone will be in touch. The county shares updates about local events and activities through its news page and calendar, and provides information about its divisions, team, opportunities and residential sites.
