Girlguiding Tamworth is a local division of Girlguiding, bringing girls and young women together to discover new interests, build confidence and have their voices heard. Its three districts—St Editha’s, Vincent and Watling—offer thriving Rainbow, Brownie and Guide units, supported by a friendly team of enthusiastic volunteers. Older members can take part in the Ranger Unit, while adults aged 18 and over can join the Trefoil Guild to enjoy friendship and shared activities.

The division’s programme encourages members to explore the world through six themes, with opportunities to earn badges and awards, including the Gold Award. Girls can choose interest badges and take on challenges in ways that suit them. Activities include trips, camps, sleepovers and community events, alongside opportunities to try new experiences, work as a team and take the lead. Events featured by the division range from outdoor adventures and museum visits to creative challenges and seasonal celebrations. Some units have waiting lists, but places may be available elsewhere in Tamworth for families able to travel.
