Girls With Slingshots is a beloved brand that offers a hilarious and heartwarming comic strip experience. Created by artist and creator Danielle Corsetto, Girls With Slingshots debuted in 2004 and quickly gained a dedicated following. The strip revolves around the lives of two main characters, Hazel and Jamie, with a backdrop of a bar and a talking cactus.
Originally a twice-weekly black-and-white webcomic, it evolved into a self-sustaining color webcomic that updated five times a week. Fans can enjoy the strip in various formats, including ten books containing 200 strips each, available through TopatoCo. Additionally, a hardcover collection of all the strips, including bonus material, will be released soon.
Danielle also sells original Girls With Slingshots strips on her Etsy page. With its relatable characters and witty storytelling, Girls With Slingshots is a must-read for comic strip enthusiasts of all ages
