Girona Basket

Costa Brava Girona Basket is an international basketball tournament for emerging young players, bringing together boys’ and girls’ teams from across Spain and abroad. The 2027 edition is scheduled for 22–24 March in Platja d’Aro, on the Costa Brava, and features U12 (Mini), U14 (Infantil) and U16 (Cadet) categories. With more than 14 years of tournament history, the event offers young athletes an opportunity to develop their skills, compete and gain visibility in front of basketball professionals.

Participation includes five guaranteed games per team, federated refereeing, live statistics and match updates through the Swish app, insurance and medical assistance. The tournament package also includes two nights’ four-star accommodation, internal transport between accommodation and sports halls, three meals a day, water and fruit at each game, an official shirt and social activities. On-site coordinators and staff support participants at venues, accommodation and on buses. The programme is designed to provide a structured, supported tournament experience, with registration information and team resources available through the GironaBasket website.
