Gesellschaft für Interkulturelles Zusammenleben gGmbH (GIZ) is a nonprofit organisation based in Berlin, working to support participation and integration in a diverse society. Its programmes bring together learning, employment support, counselling and community-based initiatives, with services for migrants, refugees, families and other local residents.

GIZ offers language and integration courses, vocational language training, coaching and employment-related support, as well as educational programmes in areas such as literacy, basic skills and career preparation. Its learning services also include training for pedagogical assistants and school inclusion assistants. Through initiatives such as integration guides, migration counselling for adults, mobile educational advice and family support, the organisation helps people navigate everyday life, education and work. Its project portfolio has also included services for refugees, women and people facing particular challenges, alongside community activities in Spandau.
