G&K Martial Arts Academy is an award-winning martial arts club established in 2007, offering karate and kickboxing in Swansea and across South and West Wales. The family-oriented academy welcomes children, teenagers and adults from age four to 65 and over, with programmes designed and tested for different abilities. Its classes aim to help members develop confidence, respect, discipline, teamwork, focus, fitness and self-defence skills, while sharing the instructors’ extensive martial arts knowledge.
Students travel from Swansea, Gorseinon, Llanelli, Neath, Ammanford, Carmarthenshire and other nearby communities to train. G&K offers in-person classes at its venues, alongside online resources such as classes and videos for Lil’ Dragons, Kidbox, fighters and black belt modules. The academy also provides online class booking and invites prospective members to try its training through a free two-week trial. News, competition information, fighter videos, a licence form and course materials are available through its website, supporting members’ training and keeping families informed about club activities.
