Committed to promoting education and developing confident leaders, GLAMI mentors girls to overcome challenges and reach their full potential. With a focus on girls' livelihood and mentorship, they offer two extracurricular programs: Binti Shupavu and Kisa Project.

Binti Shupavu is a four-year life skills course designed for lower secondary school girls. It aims to improve resilience and increase graduation rates, equipping girls with the tools they need to succeed. Kisa Project, on the other hand, is a two-year leadership program that prepares upper secondary school girls for university and empowers them to create positive social change in their communities.

Through their programs, GLAMI has directly benefited numerous Tanzanian girls, with graduates joining the GLAMI Alumni Network.
