With a rich history spanning 46 years, Glant Textiles was founded in 1976 by Gary Glant in Seattle, Washington. Growing up surrounded by stunning designs, Gary was inspired to create his own architecturally inspired line of textiles.

After opening a successful chain of contemporary fabric and design stores, Gary traveled to Finland in 1973 to design his own fabrics. His collection caught the attention of renowned furnishings showroom group Kneedler-Fauchere, who immediately signed on to represent Glant. The collection gained further recognition when celebrated interior designer Michael Taylor selected one of Gary's constructions for a high-profile project, leading to a feature in House and Garden magazine.

In 2011, Gary's son Adam joined the company, solidifying Glant Textiles as a multi-generational textile house. Today, Glant Textiles continues to showcase contemporary designs that combine aesthetic appeal with functionality.
