GLASS-LAB is a glassmaking company based in Kiyosumi-Shirakawa, Tokyo, creating distinctive glass products under the guiding idea of “moving the heart.” Its original brand, Shiina Kiriko, reimagines Edo Kiriko cut-glass techniques in reflective designs made to bring joy both to the person giving a piece and to the person using it. Alongside its own products, GLASS-LAB provides custom Edo Kiriko production, incorporating logos, illustrations, names, and other designs into glass. Its commissioned work includes commemorative pieces and customized bottles, as well as items made by reusing bottles otherwise destined for disposal.
