Gleason’s Gym is a historic boxing gym in Brooklyn, New York, founded in 1937 and described as the oldest active boxing gym in the United States. Known as “The Cathedral of Boxing,” it has served as a training home for renowned fighters including Jake LaMotta, Muhammad Ali, and Roberto Durán. The gym says that 137 world champions have trained there, alongside title holders, contenders, and Golden Gloves champions.
