Glebe House is a boutique guest house, restaurant and 15-acre smallholding in Southleigh, East Devon, surrounded by the rolling hills of the Coly Valley and within a short drive of the Jurassic Coast. Its farm-to-table kitchen is guided by the seasons, using produce from the garden, foraged ingredients and carefully chosen local suppliers. The restaurant holds a Michelin Green Star in recognition of its approach to sustainability, seasonal cooking and low-waste practices. The team also rears its own Lop pigs, preserves surplus produce, composts and bakes naturally leavened bread daily.

Guests can stay in the house or cabins and enjoy seasonal dining, including multi-course suppers and special food-led packages. Glebe House also offers countryside experiences, sauna and cold-plunge facilities, private outdoor dining around a wood-fired grill, and workshops in bread- and pasta-making, preserving and fermentation. Special events include guest sommelier evenings and seasonal feasts. With the South West Coast Path and nearby coastal villages within easy reach, Glebe House combines a restful country stay with food, craft and access to East Devon’s landscape.
