About Gleipnir
Gleipnir is a collaborative project in West Iceland focusing on innovation and development opportunities in agriculture, food production, sustainability, and climate issues. The Gleipnir Innovation and Development Center in West Iceland aims to foster research, education, and entrepreneurship in various fields, such as agriculture, food production, sustainability, and climate issues. With a holistic approach, Gleipnir aims to create an environment for cooperation, development, and dissemination of knowledge in research, innovation, and sustainability, contributing to the competitiveness of Icelandic society, economic growth, community development, and enhancing the quality of life in the country.
The center's goal is to facilitate collaborations among stakeholders, government officials, and other stakeholders to promote research, utilization, innovation, and education in agriculture, food production, sustainability, and climate issues, as well as foster innovation and entrepreneurship in rural areas.
