Gleitschirmschule24

Gleitschirmschule24 offers online theory seminars for people pursuing the B licence in paragliding. Its distance-learning concept is designed to give participants greater flexibility, allowing them to study without being tied to a particular place or fixed travel arrangements. The approach also reflects an environmental consideration: by reducing journeys and overnight stays, learners can lower the travel-related effort and carbon footprint associated with attending in-person classes.

The school supports partner flight schools in delivering the online theory component as part of their training. Participants can work through the material remotely and, where appropriate, discuss topics with a flight instructor in a virtual classroom. This combines independent learning with opportunities for guided explanation and conversation.

Gleitschirmschule24 works with partner schools including Flugschule Freiraum and Süddeutsche Gleitschirmschule, as well as Gleitschirmschule Achensee. Based in Grafrath, the organisation provides information about its concept, B-licence courses, enrolment, examinations and learning downloads through its website. Its service is focused on making paragliding theory training more accessible and adaptable for learners and cooperating flight schools.
