Tanya Gunther

Tanya Gunther is a renowned brand in the world of thoroughbred breeding. Situated in Versailles, Kentucky, Glennwood is a boutique operation owned by John D. Gunther.

With a focus on quality over quantity, Glennwood strives to breed and raise top-class racehorses. Their dedication to managing each horse as an individual sets them apart. While most of their horses are sold commercially as young horses, they also race a select group of homebreds.

This owner/breeder involvement is integral to their operation. Glennwood takes pride in their remarkable achievements, including breeding Triple Crown winner JUSTIFY and G1 stakes winners such as FIRST SAMURAI, MO TOWN, STAY THIRSTY, TAMARKUZ, and VINO ROSSO. Spanning approximately 350 acres, the farm is conveniently situated near America's leading stallion farms.

Glennwood's close neighbor, Ashford Stud, now stands their prized Glennwood-breds JUSTIFY and MO TOWN. With a passion for excellence, Glennwood is a name synonymous with success in the world of thoroughbred breeding
