Gli amici di Nicole O.D.V. is a volunteer association based in Vailate, Italy, inspired by the experience of families facing bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD), a serious respiratory complication associated with extreme prematurity. The organization aims to support parents who have been through the challenges of neonatal intensive care by building a network for sharing experiences and mutual understanding. It also hopes to encourage progress toward research and, ultimately, better treatments for BPD.
