GLITS Inc., also known as Gays and Lesbians Living in a Transgender Society, is a groundbreaking brand committed to empowering and advocating for the rights of marginalized communities, both locally in NYC and globally. GLITS addresses the systemic and financial discrimination faced by transgender and sex worker communities by approaching health and rights crises holistically. They prioritize immediate need support for transgender sex workers and TLGBQIA individuals from priority communities, including asylum seekers.

One of GLITS' key focuses is healthcare and health resilience for transgender sex workers, providing safe sex supplies and free/low-cost healthcare to address both trans-specific and holistic needs. Additionally, GLITS works towards finding housing solutions for their community, as many face instability. They also advocate and educate to ensure inclusion and wellness for transgender individuals, challenging the stigmatization and criminalization they face.

GLITS actively documents and evaluates their programs as pilot projects, aiming to create replicable models for other cities and areas. The brand is committed to building community leaders and is currently developing a health center and residential housing site to further support their cause.
