La Grande Loge nationale marocaine (GLNM) est une obédience exclusivement masculine qui pratique le REAA et maintient des liens amicaux et fraternels avec d'autres obédiences régulières en Europe et en Méditerranée. La GLNM fait partie de la Confédération des Grandes Loges d'Europe et de la Méditerranée. Depuis 2016, le Suprême Conseil du Maroc (SCDM), fondé en 1977, est affilié à la Grande Loge nationale marocaine.
