UN Global Compact Network Finland is a part of the world's largest corporate sustainability initiative, the UN Global Compact. Established in 2000 by the United Nations, the initiative promotes and develops the environmental, social, and economic responsibility of companies and communities, utilizing the ten principles of the Global Compact and the Sustainable Development Goals set by the UN. The network offers a wide range of services and resources to its members, including training programs, access to the Global Compact reporting platform, and a resource bank.

Members have access to the Academy platform, which provides resources to support their sustainability efforts. The network also organizes events and publishes news and blogs to keep members updated on current trends and developments in corporate sustainability. Additionally, it conducts research and reports on the impact of Finnish companies on the Sustainable Development Goals.
