In the previous job placement services, the costs were high, and it was difficult to provide services that matched the cost-effectiveness in Vietnam, where the job stability rate is low. That's why we started our company with a strong commitment to pursue talent introduction services and provide services that can contribute to the growth of businesses. We also aim to support career transitions by providing assistance that aligns with self-realization at this significant turning point in people's lives.

Our CEO, Nguyen Thi Le Hoa, graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics before becoming independent. Afterward, she established two convenience stores and two coffee shops. In October 2019, she founded GLOBAL DOOR.

Our COO, Nakamoto Tohru, has been living in Vietnam for 5 years. After graduating from college, he joined a major recruitment agency. Within a month, he was transferred to the Vietnam office and achieved the highest sales record within four months. His outstanding performance earned him the Rookie Award among approximately 400 new graduates in the company. In October 2019, he left his previous job and established GLOBAL DOOR.
