About Global Kairos
Kairos Global is a platform dedicated to the analysis, discussion, and support of Public Policies concerning democracy and human rights. Founded in 2019 by Máximo Fernández and Agustín Rombolá in Buenos Aires, the organization aims to nurture young leaders interested in fostering democracy and human rights. With over 30 active volunteers and five ongoing programs, Kairos Global has engaged more than 500 young individuals directly or indirectly.
The organization's mission is to enhance environments for efficient State development, human rights advocacy, and democratic strengthening through public administration observation, multidisciplinary research, and broad debate. By fostering political freedom, democratic equality, and efficient public management, Kairos Global envisions a society where sustainable development and institutional empowerment prevail.
