About Global Patient Alliance for Kidney Health
The Global Patient Alliance for Kidney Health is dedicated to making chronic kidney disease a global health priority. With a mission to provide comprehensive screening and early treatment to at-risk patients, the Alliance aims to slow disease progression and prevent mortality. Chronic kidney disease affects 1 in 10 people worldwide, leading to 19 million deaths annually due to lack of proper treatment.
The Alliance seeks to elevate awareness about the benefits of early diagnosis and treatment on a global scale, engaging with policymakers and supporting advocates at the national level. Through a Steering Committee and Medical Advisory Council, including members from around the world, the Alliance works to improve access to screening and treatment.
