About — Global Scouting Network
Global Scouting Network is a professional community for people involved in football talent identification, including scouts, coaches, analysts and executives. Established in 2023, it connects around 2,000 members across men’s and women’s football, with a particular focus on supporting scouts and their professional development. Its sister community, Future is Female, focuses on women’s football and brings together more than 600 coaches, scouts, executives and fans to help address historical gaps in the game.
The network offers members intelligent networking, a searchable directory of professionals in women’s football, mentoring and career-development resources, and curated information through regular digests and searchable discussions. Members can also take part in an active online forum covering topics such as player health, talent pathways and financial equity. The communities connect professionals across more than 100 countries and work with clubs and football associations around the world.
