Global Women is a non-profit membership organization that has been driving diversity in leadership in Aotearoa New Zealand for the past ten years. Our mission is to catalyze New Zealand's social and economic success by championing diversity in leadership. Our goal is for New Zealand to be the best country to live, work, and play, with a prosperous nation underpinned by diverse leadership.

We strive to increase diversity in leadership in Aotearoa New Zealand by promoting, encouraging, and facilitating the development of women. We are committed to seeing New Zealand's ethnic diversity represented in leadership roles across the country, with Māori recognized as our country's first people. Global Women proudly partners with and supports ambitious organizations in New Zealand that are dedicated to driving increased diversity and inclusion in their workplaces.

We have over 350 members who are recognized for their ability to influence and impact, advocating for diversity, equality, and leadership. Our Breakthrough Leaders and Activate leadership programs have propelled the careers of over 400 women, and our Champions for Change Partners, Chairs, and CEOs of major New Zealand businesses committed to diversity and inclusion represent more than 100,000 employees.
