GLOBIZ Business Academy by Charaka Jayamal provides business, accounting and entrepreneurship education for students in Sri Lanka and Canada. Founded by MBA-qualified educator Charaka Jayamal, the academy emphasizes practical understanding, personalized coaching and exam-focused preparation rather than memorizing theory alone. Jayamal brings over 10 years of teaching experience and has taught business, accounting and related subjects at colleges in both countries.
The academy supports learners following Edexcel, Cambridge and Sri Lankan Commerce curricula, as well as students studying business subjects in Canada. Programs include Edexcel and Cambridge Business and Accounting, Sri Lankan O/L Commerce and A/L Business Studies and Accounting, Canadian college-level subjects, and a Future Business Leaders pathway. Learning covers areas such as marketing, finance, entrepreneurship, strategic management, leadership and financial literacy.
Students learn through clear concept-based instruction, real-world examples, case studies, interactive activities and assessment practice. The academy also offers individualized guidance, feedback and mentoring to help learners strengthen confidence, critical thinking and academic skills.
