The GLONASS Applied Consumer Center is an information and analysis center for coordinate, timing, and navigation support, associated with JSC TsNIImash and the Roscosmos State Corporation. It provides public information and technical resources for users of satellite navigation systems, with coverage extending beyond GLONASS to GPS, Galileo, and BeiDou.

The center’s online services include constellation status, satellite ephemerides and current positions, hourly and daily monitoring, technical characteristics, availability information, visibility-zone calculations, and RINEX data for coordinate refinement. It also offers information on ionospheric maps, their calculation accuracy, and ionosphere modeling methods, alongside system and regulatory documents and educational material about navigation.

Through its testing center, the organization provides services for evaluating navigation equipment. These include trials in real operating conditions using a mobile measurement and diagnostic laboratory, as well as testing on a kinematic platform and GNSS signal simulator. The site also presents measurement data from satellite navigation systems and other observation networks, plus processed analysis results. News and operational notices keep users informed about system status and developments.
