Glostrup Rideklub

Glostrup Rideklub (GLK) is a Danish riding club based at Parcelgården in Glostrup, with around 300 members of different ages and experience levels. Affiliated with the Danish Sports Confederation and the Danish Equestrian Federation, the club welcomes everyone from riding-school and leisure riders to competitors in show jumping and dressage. GLK hosts dressage and jumping competitions at E, D and C levels and offers opportunities for weekly instruction with internal and external teachers.

Its activities also include environmental training, group rides in the nearby forest, riding badge courses, mini jumping and mini dressage, as well as social celebrations and events. Run in a friendly, volunteer-led spirit, the club invites members to contribute to activities and shared tasks. GLK provides and maintains club resources such as jumping equipment, dressage fencing, judges’ towers and paddocks.

The club is a tenant at Parcelgårdens Rideskole og Hestepension, a privately owned riding school and horse pension with direct access to Vestskoven’s riding trails. Riding-school bookings and boarding enquiries are handled by Parcelgården, not GLK
