Gloves Against Drugs

Gloves Against Drugs Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping young people make healthy choices and build fulfilling lives. Founded in 2019, the organization uses boxing, mentorship, and prevention education to help youth resist peer pressure, understand the risks of substance abuse, and develop confidence, resilience, and purpose. Its programs are designed for young people, with the foundation describing its focus as ages 12–18 in its mission and ages 12–25 in its organizational overview.

Services include coached boxing training that teaches fundamentals while encouraging fitness, discipline, and healthy living; one-on-one mentorship to help participants navigate challenges; and prevention education covering substance abuse, peer pressure, anger management, violence prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices. The foundation also organizes community outreach events and initiatives to engage families, support underserved communities, and raise awareness of prevention and boxing’s benefits. Its education includes federally approved prevention material, with participant pre- and post-program evaluations. Through a supportive community environment, Gloves Against Drugs aims to strengthen protective factors, foster leadership, and help young people thrive both inside and outside the ring.
