Mapleplot

MaplePlot is an independent Canadian app studio that creates a small collection of carefully made tools for turning everyday activities into clear, useful visuals. Its five apps cover health, finances, property, creativity, and astronomy, with a focus on simplicity, privacy, and thoughtful design.

GlucoPlot lets users photograph meals and view estimated effects on glucose, with or without a glucose sensor. PiePlot helps individuals and small businesses organize receipts, invoices, and bookkeeping, while also offering tools to split shared expenses and manage couples’ ledgers. BeaverPlot uses iPhone LiDAR to create measured floor plans, 3D tours, BIM exports, property reports, and work tickets. DoodlePlot provides a playful drawing and tracing space for children, with colouring, puzzles, mandalas, stickers, and printing; it works offline and has no ads or accounts. OwlPlot helps users plan for golden hour, night-sky photography, moon phases, and aurora viewing, with location-based scores and camera settings.

MaplePlot emphasizes keeping data on-device where possible, explaining when information is shared, and building a few apps with care rather than scaling up.
